I understand things come up and life is sticky sometimes, please try and give me 24 hour notice that you can't make it. Without 24 hour notice, it is hard to find someone to fill that time slot.
No-Shows. These aren't fun either. When you reserve my time, you take my time away from others. You will be charged a No-Show fee and it is half of the final total you would have been charged.
Refunds. As a small business, refunds are not always my first go to. Obviously, I want all my clients to be happy that is why you have 7 days from service to reach out and discuss any alterations you may want done, free of charge. I view the client/hairstylist relationship as collaborative so If you're not happy, I'm not happy and having you walk out without loving your hair is not ideal!
