I understand things come up and life will find a way, please try and give me as much notice if you can't make your scheduled appointment. Without at least 24 hour notice, I lose income and as a small business that's not fun. So, if you don't reach out before 24 hours notice you might get charged a cancellation fee. 

No-Shows. These aren't fun either. When you reserve my time, you take my time away from others and if you decide to not show up for whatever reason that also costs me income. You will be charged a No-Show fee and it is half of the final total you would have been charged. 

Refunds. As a small business, refunds are not always my first go to. Obviously, I want all my clients to be happy that is why you have 7 days from service to reach out and discuss any alterations you may want done, free of charge. I view the client/hairstylist relationship as collaborative so  If you're not happy, I'm not happy and having you walk out without loving your hair is not ideal!
